I need help finding a sponsor to teach English in Korea?

I’m 18 years old and just out of High School. I’m trying to become a doctor so I won’t have any time to travel during the school years and especially during my Medical School years. I’ve decided that I’d like to teach English in Korea as a part-time over the summer or winter break so that I can fund a way to explore the culture. I found a website Cultural Homestay International, however, it’s about $1000, EXCLUDING the plane ticket…to VOLUNTARILY teach English(no pay) without any requirements like a BA. I’d like to find an organization that sponsors me fully. Also, if anyone knows of any programs in Korea that lets me teach without pay but includes the following: Room and Board, Plane Ticket, Basic Meals, I’d very much appreciate it. I’ve seen similar offers for BA holders, however, I believe that I hold my own against them considering my honors etc. I’ve searched the internet as well but I figure this type of thing is known by reference rather than research since I can’t find anything.
I wonder if half the people who answer this thread have actually read the question lol.
Don’t know where you are, so can’t recommend any specific sponsor for you to ask. However i have two suggestions – post this question on the South Korea board – the answerers there should have a better idea of your options. Secondly, look around whereever it is you are for local Korean Associations or any Korean businesses, such as banks, etc. They’d be the most likely to be responsive to your request.
