What should I get as a gift for a Polish homestay host(ess)?

Posted on April 26th, 2010 by admin

Im going to Poland during the Spring and staying with a family that has not been decided. What are some American culture-like gifts that a typical Pole would enjoy?

There are actually a large number of things from which you can select an appropriate gift, such as pottery or artwork.

Bring something you would give to any good friend in yout country. Your culture is quite known, so there is no need to introduce that family to that, really:) It’ll be enough just to be nice:)
