Good Italy homestay gap year program?

I will have graduated, I want to stay with a family and do community service part time and work part time. I need a program to help me organize this. It can’t be too expensive and they have to take eighteen year olds/high school graduates. and I don’t want to be in school while I am there although language school is good.
I would like to add, to the person who posted google.com, that I have spent hours looking online and while I have found many programs online that are okay they have not been what I am looking for. I would love to hear from somebody with personal knowledge/references. Thanks!
