This is a little like what I was looking for. I didn’t find very many helpful answers but… might as well check it out.

Also, any one else answering, I could use the help. I’m in, basically the same situation.

Well a homestay means you’ll stay in someone’s home and do all the washing, cooking and cleaning in return for bed and board.
We have an opening in Ballydung Manor for you during the summer. Ya see, Caroline Morahan thinks she’s going to make it big in Hollywood!!!
(But she”ll be back by September looking for a job around Dublin again.)
